- $10 per RTM code triggered, with a practice-wide cap of $30 PPPM — so your costs stay predictable, no matter how much your RTM program grows. Most importantly, the cap is aggregated per provider, never exceeding $30. We’re both running businesses trying to keep the lights on, but no one should drain your practice with runaway fees. Our software handles a lot — but we know the real work comes from your team.
